The location was superb, just a quick walk from Victoria Station. The room, however, was disappointingly small. I struggled to find space to move around. The bed felt hard, and it was tough to get a good night's sleep. I appreciated the fresh towels every two days and the hot water in the shower, which provided some comfort during my stay. One major downside was the noise from neighboring rooms. it felt like I could hear every conversation through the walls. The breakfast setup was minimal—only a few cereals and toast, which was quite basic considering the price. I really wished there were more options available. Also, the reception staff didn't seem very welcoming. a little warmth would have been appreciated. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were positives, the room size, noise issues, and limited breakfast options made for a somewhat underwhelming experience.

Loved the location—just a short walk from Victoria Station! The staff were helpful, but the room was small and had a strange smell. Not the best night’s sleep. 😅

cozy, cozy, cozy
The room was cozy with a spacious layout I enjoyed the larger-than-expected bathroom, which added a nice touch to my stay. The view from the window by the bed was fine, giving a real sense of being in the heart of the city.
would recommend 😊❤️

Location near Victoria Station made travel easy. Small room lacked tea/coffee facilities and breakfast options were very basic.

The hotel is just a five-minute walk from Victoria Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring London.
The breakfast options were limited to toast and pastry, which was quite basic given the price.

5/10
Couldn’t beat the location, just a hop to Victoria Station! We enjoyed the comfy beds, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. Y’all, the breakfast options were real basic, though. The room was tinier than I expected—felt a bit cramped after a day out. Bless your heart, I reckon they could work on that breakfast selection.

The location offered easy access to local sites and various dining options, making it convenient for exploration. The room was decent for a couple, with a good amount of space. however, the bed was less comfortable than expected, and I found the bathroom lighting to be quite dim. With only one night’s stay, it seemed appropriate, but for a longer visit, I would have desired better amenities in the room.

location convenience, modern wet rooms, updated en suite facilities
Ground floor rooms feel precarious with unlocked windows!!! Storage space in bathrooms is inadequate, leaving no place for essentials!!! Noise from other guests reverberates throughout the hotel, disrupting sleep and privacy!!!

Super conveniently located a few blocks from Victoria, with friendly, helpful staff who stored our bags for us. Room was clean and had a tiny bathroom—just enough for the night.
Could not be improved in any way.
